FedRock LLC (“FedRock,” “we,” “us”) operates fedrock.com. We build intelligent automation and compliance systems for organizations in regulated environments. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@fedrock.com.

Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. It is delivered to our inbox by our email provider and is not used for marketing lists or shared for advertising.

Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors; Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites. If you decline, neither service loads and no analytics data is collected.

Advertising (only with your consent). If you accept in the cookie banner, we also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies and shares usage data with LinkedIn so we can measure the performance of our LinkedIn campaigns and reach visitors with relevant ads on LinkedIn. If you decline, the tag never loads.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for 24 hours for security and reliability.

Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Accept” in our consent banner. Your choice — accept or decline — is stored in your browser so we don't ask on every visit. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply: we process analytics data on the basis of your consent, contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiate, and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and, with consent, Vercel Analytics), Google (Google Analytics, with consent), Resend (contact-form email delivery), and, with consent, LinkedIn (Insight Tag for advertising measurement and retargeting). Sharing usage data with LinkedIn for advertising may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; declining the cookie banner opts you out of it entirely. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Vercel Analytics data is retained for 12 months. Server logs are retained for 24 hours by our hosting provider.

Depending on where you live — including the EU/EEA and UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), and other US states with similar laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you live: email hello@fedrock.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. EU/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we handle.

This site is for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use analytics will re-trigger the consent banner.
